Kache Aam Ki Chutney Recipe

Kache Aam Ki Chutney 
Other Name – Raw Mango Chutney

This condiment is so refreshing n flavourful that it can totally replace your main course vegetable. You can enjoy your complete meal with this chutney and rice/chapati. It can be served with all the three meals of the day.

Ingredients For Kachhe Aam ki Chutney :

  • Row Mango – 100 gms
  • Coriander Leaves – 1 cup/10 gms
  • Mint Leaves – 1 cup/15 gms
  • Green Chili – 2 Chilies for as per tolerance
  • Ginger – 1 inch/10 gms
  • Salt – half tea spoon or more
  • Water – 1/4 cup

Pre – Preparation of Chutney :

  • Wesh, peel and cut raw mango by removing core/seed
  • Wash and separate leaves of mint and coriander
  • Wash green chilies and remove stem.
  • Wash and peel ginger

Preparation method of Chutney :

  • Put all the ingredients in blender; along with water.
  • Blend it to make a paste. (It should not be very fine, but have a grainy texture.)
  • Pour into a clean jar or container and keep it in fridge.
  • Enjoy this deliciously sour, spicy and flavorful chutney. It remains good for a week if kept in fridge at all times.

NOTE : You may try another method by replacing ginger with garlic.
