Eating a large quantity of rice daily increases the risk of diabetes. Rice is high in calories. Eating too much rice also increases blood sugar levels. Don’t eat white rice if you already have a diabetic problem. Eating brown rice is more beneficial for our health compared to white rice.

Steamed rice includes fat content.

Eating more of this can make you fat, especially at night. If you are already obese, consume a small amount of rice. Rice becomes resistant to starch when it is cooled after cooking. The human body cannot absorb all the starch, and it does not digest our good bacteria. Resistant starch also raises our blood sugar levels.

Vitamin C deficiency

Rice does not provide all essential nutrients and vitamins to our bodies. Bones are of little benefit to tender vitamin C because eating white rice does not benefit the bones and can weaken them.
